 The Ajman Corniche Residence Project is a construction contract valued at USD 286 million consisting of a multi-storey high rise residential apartment community situated in Ajman. The commencement date for the project was May 2007 and the expected completion date is September 2010. The Ajman Corniche Project will be built upon an area of 274,000 sq.ft and will consist of a 54 storey high residential tower divided into four blocks.
